Refund Policy

At Pet Essentials, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Damaged or Defective Products:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Lost Packages:
If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Change of Mind:
Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we do not accept returns for change of mind after an order has been processed.

Order Cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After processing begins, cancellations may not be possible.

Refund Processing:
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your financial institution.
